Highstreet will be hosting a Public Open House event on August 18th from 6pm to 9pm at the Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort & Conference Centre, Salon A (Walbran Room) in Parksville, BC to discuss and answer questions about the proposed project and amendment to the current RS-1 Single Family Residential zone.

Project Details

The site of the proposed development is located at the intersection of Wembley Road and Church Road in Parksville, BC, approximately 20 meters south of the Wembley Mall. Currently, 413 Wembley Road is zoned Single Family Residential (RS-1) as per the City of Parksville Zoning and Development Bylaw No. 2000 and seeks to obtain Residential High-Density zoning (RHD-4) to facilitate the proposed project.
As envisioned by the City of Parksville’s Official Community Plan, the currently vacant site holds incredible potential for compact, high-density residential development.
